A new survey of our recent purchasers shows our online viewing tools to have been a real help in customer’s property searches.
Nearly 80% of purchasers found the virtual tours of our new developments useful or very useful, helping to give a flavour for the show home without needing to view in person.
Meanwhile, our variety of digital resources led to more than half of respondents saying they would feel confident reserving a property they had only seen online, and had not visited in person.
For buyers who would prefer to view our developments online, we continue to arrange one-to-one video appointments, and offer guided walk-throughs of brand new virtual show home tours. Appointments are available over Facetime, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and can be booked here.

For buyers who have viewed a development online and are keen to follow up with an in-person viewing, our marketing suites are currently available to visit by appointment only.
