The category celebrates successful marketing campaigns for alternative residential schemes, such as Shared Ownership, and was judged on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved.  

The award was submitted by Silk Road Marketing, a leading branding and marketing agency that developed the brand for The Folium for Catalyst.
