We are thrilled to have been shortlisted in the Best Marketing Initiative category for The Auria’s marketing campaign at this year’s Housebuilder Awards.
Now in their 18th year, the esteemed awards celebrate excellence across all aspects of the sector, with the Best Marketing Initiative commemorating the imagination, innovation and effectiveness of a particular marketing initiative or campaign.
Situated at the north end of Portobello Road, The Auria is part of our ambitious regeneration of the Wornington Green Estate in West London, which is delivering 1000 new homes alongside new commercial and community spaces. Designed by internationally renowned Conran and Partners, this phase is inspired by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s famed garden squares and grand architecture and offers 111 one- and two- bedroom luxury apartments and three-bedroom mews houses.
The Auria’s marketing campaign set out to attract a high-end audience, with a particular focus on overseas buyers for the first off-plan sales, while still capturing our social roots and investment in this West London community.
The visuals of the campaign include striking patterns, featuring feathers inspired by Notting Hill Carnival and geometric squares echoing the tiling at the local Electric Cinema and Diner. We hoped to create a lifestyle feel for the magazine-style brochure, including interviews with prestigious Notting Hill based businesses.
Testament to its success, nearly 40% of the apartments at The Auria sold off-plan and all 11 mews houses reserved within two months of launch.
