Catalyst New Homes hosted their first ever virtual property launch on Saturday 25th April for Nova at Queensbury Square. The fully booked event saw 32 budding buyers signing up for virtual viewings – with several reserving their dream home at the development.
Over the course of the launch weekend, customers enjoyed one-to-one video appointments with the Catalyst New Homes sales team, whilst touring a brand new CGI show apartment, showcasing the high-quality collection of one, two, and three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes in Queensbury, North-West London.
Markus Kendall-Young, Head of Sales and Marketing at Catalyst New Homes, comments: “We were thrilled that our first ever virtual launch was such a success, reflecting the continued demand amongst first-time buyers to get on to the property ladder. There’s so many ways you can continue you property hunt online, and with new Catalyst homes coming to the market, like Nova at Queensbury Square, now is a great time to go on a virtual tour and find your dream home.”
“Our one-to-one video appointments are just like a traditional property tour. As well as guiding you through the virtual show home, it’s a chance for buyers to ask questions about the different routes to home ownership, find out more information about Catalyst, and pick their favourite plot.”
