As many of us spend more time at home than ever before, it’s clear that living somewhere you love is more important than ever. For some, now is a time to assess whether your home really suits your needs – Is it in the perfect location? Is it the right size for your family? Do you have access to outdoor space that you would love?
Our homes across the capital and the Home Counties range from stylish West London studio apartments to expansive family houses in Bedfordshire, offering an option for every buyer, so you are sure to find your happy place with Catalyst New Homes.
If you’re ready to take the plunge and buy one of our properties, here’s a step by step guide on purchasing a Catalyst home from the comfort of your computer:
The first step is to book your virtual tour of one of our developments. We have recently launched new tours of each of our schemes, so that you can have the opportunity to get a 360-degree view of our show homes. Roam each room at your pace while a member of our sales team answers any of your questions during your one-to-one virtual appointment. To help fit your schedule, we’ve extended opening times at select developments to seven days a week, with viewing appointments available over Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Facetime.
The next step is to speak to experts to get the answers for any questions you might have on how to move your process forward. Our sales teams can help put you in touch with a financial advisor that can help you understand what you can afford and navigate the mortgage process. Your financial advisor will also help you with what documents you need to have in order to support your mortgage application – organise these in advance so that when it comes time to apply you will be ready to go.
We are taking online reservations at all of our developments, so you won’t need to wait to claim your favourite plot. If you are ready to reserve, contact our sales team to discuss our online reservation process.
We are thrilled to still be able to safely move residents into their new, completed homes. We want new homeowners to enjoy their homes and the wellbeing of our customers is always our priority, so we have extra precautions in place throughout the move-in process to protect new residents and our team. We are also virtually ‘on hand’ to help you get settled into your new space.
