Choose your home
Choose your dream Catalyst home and we will hold it off the market for you when you reserve.
Selling your old home
We’ll engage our Assisted Move partner who will arrange for two local estate agents to visit your property and support you to sell your old home for 6 weeks. We'll cover all estate agent fees - potentially saving you thousands. At the same time, we'll get you a guaranteed offer for your old home from our Part Exchange partner.
Agreeing a sale
If after 6 weeks you haven't been able to agree a sale with your estate agents, you can choose to sell your home to our Part Exchange partner.
Completing your purchase
Once a sale has been agreed for your old home, either through the estate agents or through Part Exchange, we can agree a completion date for your new Catalyst home.
Moving day
Get the keys and move into your brand new catalyst home!
