I am looking to buy a home, are you open?

Our Sales and Marketing Suites are open and are operating safely, and we would love for you to make an appointment to visit our show homes if you are able to and wish to do so.

We continue to have additional health and safety measures in place to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers. Should you have any questions before your visit, please call our sales team and they can talk you through our current procedures.

What appointments are available?

The best way to visit us continues to be booking an appointment for your chosen development, which you can do online. However, we are also accepting walk-in appointments where available.

We are also continuing to offer one-to-one video appointments, and offering guided walk-throughs of brand new virtual show home tours, for customers who would prefer this option. Appointments are available over Facetime, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

We can still connect you with financial advisers or solicitors, to help keep your home buying journey moving forward.

Do I need to book a face-to-face appointment in advance?

No, however we would recommend you book an appointment to avoid disappointment. We will accept walk-ins where available but the best way to ensure we can see you at a time that suits you is to book an appointment, which you can do online.

Can I visit a Catalyst New Homes development with my family?

Yes! We are now accepting visits in groups of more than 2 and this can include children.

Can I still reserve a property?

Yes, customers are still reserving homes across all our developments online. Our sales team will guide you through the process – the entire reservation process can now be carried out via email and our new online customer portal.

How do I get a mortgage?

Our sales teams and your financial advisor can offer you guidance on lenders still offering mortgage products. The best thing to do is speak to a mortgage advisor. At Catalyst New Homes, we have an exclusive agreement with an industry leading mortgage advisor who can give our buyers advice, free of charge.

As restrictions are lifting and physical valuations on new build homes are able to go ahead, more lenders are opening up to new customers, and mortgage lender availability has increased. For help with your mortgage process, contact a New Homes Mortgage Specialist – they will be able to help you get on track and mortgage ready.

I am in the process of buying with a home with Catalyst New Homes – will this be affected?

We are continuing to progress with sales and are working to minimise any delays. We are contacting customers individually should they have any questions throughout the home buying process. Please contact the sales team at your development to find out more.

Am I allowed to move into my new home?

The Government has advised that buyers can now move home freely, as long as safety precautions are in place. Over the last few months, we have helped many of our buyers safely move in, with our team on hand to help them get settled. We are following current Government advice, helping buyers to move in their new homes with necessary precautions.
