I am looking to buy a home, are you open?
We know it’s more important now than ever to provide homes that people love.
We have safely re-opened our Sales and Marketing Suites, and would love for you to make an appointment to visit our show homes if you are able to and wish to do so. We have adopted additional health and safety measures, and are adhering to social distancing guidelines, to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers. Should you have any questions before your visit, please call our sales team and they can talk you through our new procedures.
What appointments are available?
We are also continuing to arrange one-to-one video appointments, and offering guided walk-throughs of brand new virtual show home tours, for customers who would prefer this option. Appointments are available over Facetime, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
We can still connect you with financial advisers or solicitors, to help keep your home buying journey moving forward.
Do I need to book a face-to-face appointment in advance?
Yes, appointments must be booked in advance at each of our developments, to ensure the safety of all our staff and customers. Through booking an appointment, we can ensure that all the resources you may need are prepared in advance, and you can get the most out of your visit.
Can I visit a Catalyst development with my family?
Two adults from one household are very welcome to visit our developments together. In order to minimise footfall in our developments, and maintain social distancing more easily, we cannot allow children at this time.
Can I still reserve a property?
Yes, buyers are still reserving homes across all our developments online. Our sales team will talk you through the process – the entire reservation process can now be carried out online via email.
How do I get a mortgage?
Our sales teams and your financial advisor can offer you guidance on lenders still offering mortgage products.
The best thing to do is speak to a mortgage advisor. At Catalyst, we have an exclusive agreement with an industry leading mortgage advisor, who can give our buyers advice, free of charge.
As restrictions are lifting and physical valuations on new build homes are able to go ahead, more lenders are opening up to new customers, and mortgage lender availability has increased. For help with your mortgage process, contact a New Homes Mortgage Specialist – they will be able to help you get on track and mortgage ready.
I am in the process of buying with a home with Catalyst – will this be affected?
We are continuing to progress with sales and are working to minimise any delays. Our construction teams are now back on site, maintaining social distancing measures and other safety measures are in place for the wellbeing of our teams. We are contacting customers individually should they have any questions throughout the home buying process. Please contact our Sales Team to find out more.
Am I allowed to move into my new home?
The Government has advised that buyers can now move home freely, as long as safety precautions are in place.
Over the last few months, we have helped some of our buyers safely move in, with our team on hand ‘virtually’ to help them get settled. We are following current Government advice, helping buyers to move in their new homes with necessary precautions
