We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for two awards at the 2021 Property Marketing Awards; Property Marketing Team of the Year and Best Use of Live Event Marketing.
Celebrating innovation and creativity in the industry, the Property Marketing Awards are renowned for bringing together the very best marketeers in the field.
Championing doing things differently, our marketing team has delivered on striking campaigns both on- and offline, achieving them a shortlisting for Property Marketing Team of the Year.
Using a balance of traditional techniques and forward thinking digital practices, including Sky AdSmart television adverts and a series of influencer partnerships, plus a new website launched in March 2020, the marketing team are celebrating their best year to date.
Shortlisted in partnership with digital agency, Focus, for our innovative Virtual Preview Events, we are also in the running for Best Use of Live Event Marketing. With the closure of building sites, marketing suites and showhomes during the pandemic, we had to fast re-strategize how to launch our new developments online. A new exhibition-style event gave prospective buyers an exclusive first look inside our show homes, find out about the buying process, and have their questions answered directly by our sales team. Demonstrating their success, the virtual preview event for The Printworks attracted 140 attendees, and 54 one-to-one appointments booked within 6 minutes of the first post-event emailer being sent. Off the back of the event, 10 reservations were generated and future phases were brought forward to satisfy demand.
Markus Kendall-Young, Director of Sales and Marketing at Catalyst, comments, “I couldn’t be prouder of the marketing team for being shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Property Marketing Awards. It’s a real testament to their ambition, creativity and drive, constantly looking outside the box to ensure our developments stand out in the market. In a year of unprecedented change, the team more than rose to the challenge, delivering eye-catching campaigns that had a very tangible impact.”
